After graduating from Law School, Mr. Bernstein was hired as a Prosecutor in Nassau County where he was a successful trial attorney.

After leaving the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Bernstein focused on representing people who have been injured in various types of accidents as well as defending individuals and corporations facing criminal charges.

Mr. Bernstein believes in representing his clients personally and makes every effort to appear in court personally on every case.
